KVRR Secures ₹75.5 Cr L1 Bid for Ghonsa Coal Project

KVRR Infrastructure has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a major coal mining contract at the Ghonsa Expansion Deep Open Cast Project (OCP) in Maharashtra. Valued at ₹75.50 crore, the agreement covers overburden (OB) removal, coal extraction, handling, and transportation.

To ensure safer and more controlled operations, KVRR will deploy specialized equipment utilizing blast-free technology, such as rippers. This tech-driven approach supports broader efforts to expand coal production capacity and maximize resource utilization through efficient material handling.
